Questions
What should I wear?
Bring a few options you genuinely love — if you feel good in it, it shows. A mix of cuts, colours and necklines works well; for a professional look, a couple of jacket, shirt and top combinations gives us plenty to play with. Keep jewellery understated: studs, small earrings and simple chains sit better than anything large or dangling. If you wear glasses and own more than one pair, bring them so we can check for glare. Unsure about a piece? Bring it anyway. There's a steamer in the studio, so creases are no problem.
What about hair and make-up?
Please arrive with your hair as you'd like to be seen — think of it as a great hair day rather than straight out of bed. Make-up isn't required, and our retouching takes care of skin either way, but if you'd like a make-up option for your shoot just ask us in advance so we can arrange it and confirm the cost. Coming with facial hair? Turn up at the length you like and we can trim it down on the day — bring whatever grooming kit you'll need.
What exactly do I pay, and when?
You pay the fee per person when you book, which secures your slot. Afterwards you choose your favourites from your gallery and pay £50 for each one you keep, with 10% off if you choose five or more. Mobile shoots also settle setup and travel at that point. We accept all major cards and bank transfers.
What if I'm not photogenic?
Everyone is. Feeling stiff in front of a camera is what makes photos look off — you'll be guided the whole way through so you can relax and enjoy it.
Is the retouching done by AI?
No. Every image is retouched by hand, so the result looks like you rather than a generated version of you.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. There's a one-off mobile studio setup fee of £200 per visit, plus the fee per person — which drops to £150 each for three or more people. The first 20 miles from Weybridge are included, after which travel is £1 per mile. Parking and Congestion Charge are reimbursed only where they apply.
