ADM Photo products are delivered by our partner, DHL Express, in secure packaging that is designed to protect works of art. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your shipping address and the weight and the size of your order. The costs will be visible inside the Shopping Cart.

For express service inside Europe, the average delivery time is 2 working days.
Outside of Europe (USA, Russia, etc.), the average delivery time is 2-4 working days.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In the case that the works received do not conform to the order, you dispose of a right to return. In this case, please email us: adm@adm.photo, and we will outline the procedure according to our Terms&Conditions.
Please take care to check that the photographs are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Once we have received your return, you have the following choices:
– To choose a new photograph of an equivalent value.
– To receive a credit on your ADM Photo account for the equivalent amount.
– To be reimbursed for your order according to our Terms&Conditions.

Shipments to countries outside the EU may be charged with import duty and other additional taxes. Charges vary depending on your customs authority and will be the responsibility of the consignee. If you do not pay customs duties, the state has the right to send your purchase back to ADM Photo or the goods will be confiscated. This decision will be taken by the local customs department of each country. In the case of sending back, the transportation cost will be deducted from your payment. In the case of confiscation, ADM Photo will hold 100% of your payment.

Fast Delivery time with DHL Express
Place your order before 16:00 on working days, and your order will be shipped out the same day with DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

The delivery time depends on your country, but within 1-2 days your order will be delivered.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new shipping notification from DHL Express.
DHL ODD notify you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where, and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

SECURE PAYMENT

For all card payments (Visa, Mastercard), the banking transaction is carried out by SumUp, a leader in the payment system. Your bank details are encrypted (SSL technology). They do not circulate over the Internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date, etc.) are under no circumstances communicated to ADM Photo.
